Reference the best by sticker included with each item in your shipment for exact expiration dates.Some Vosges Haut-Chocolat truffles are made with perishable ingredients and must be consumed within 14 days of shipping. There will be a Care Card included with the shipment which indicates the &quot;Packed on Date&quot; to reference for these collections. The shelf life information is also listed on the product page under &quot;Details and Care&quot;.While recommended, refrigeration is not required (unless otherwise stated on the packaging) and storing at ambient temperature will not compromise the integrity of your&#xA0;haut-chocolat. The flavor seal wrap protects the chocolate and ensures optimal flavor in each bite. Before breaking the seal, allow the truffles to come to room temperature. Place any remaining chocolates in the refrigerator wrapped in a new layer of plastic wrap or in a cool, dry place (approximately 65 degrees Fahrenheit). If you&#x2019;d like to save your truffles for consumption on a future date you may freeze them for up to 8 weeks. DO NOT break the secure wrap that the truffles arrived in.
