Our Virtual Gift card codes can be pasted directly into the discount section of the checkout process. This will apply your gift card to your shopping cart.
If you have a plastic gift card, it is no longer compatible with our new website. In April 2021 we launched a new website, and along with it, a new gift card service.
A Chocolate Concierge would be happy to provide you with a new gift card of the same value, which can be used online or in our boutiques. To receive your replacement gift card, please email [email protected] with the 15 digit code from the back of your gift card.
