You can select the delivery date for your order during the checkout process. The delivery date can be selected during checkout (up to 4 weeks in advance). After your order is placed, you can review your delivery date in your confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website. If any changes are necessary, please let us know within two hours of your order being placed. 

Ground Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. 2nd Day delivers on the 2nd business day (weekdays only) and does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. You will receive a tracking email when your order is ready to ship from our warehouse. Overnight shipping is available in certain circumstances. The website checkout delivery calendar will show the different methods necessary for an order to arrive on the date selected. Overnight shipping may not be available on Fridays and will ship on the following Monday.

Orders subject to warm weather shipping restrictions may require packages to be held for shipping until the following Monday. More information is available here.

Vosges Haut-Chocolat ships primarily with FedEx. Unfortunately, due to FedEx restrictions, we're not able to ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.
