You can select the delivery date for your order during the checkout process. Orders can be placed up to 4 weeks in advance of the desired delivery date. After your order is placed, you can review your delivery date and shipping updates by clicking the "Tracking & Status" button in your confirmation email. We can typically allow a change of shipping date, as long as the order has not entered fulfillment.

Ground Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. 2nd Day delivers on the 2nd business day (weekdays only) and does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. You will receive a tracking email when your order is ready to ship from our warehouse.

Overnight shipping is available in certain circumstances. The website checkout delivery calendar will show the different methods necessary for an order to arrive on the date selected. Overnight shipping may not be available on Fridays and will ship on the following Monday. 

Orders subject to warm weather shipping restrictions may require packages to be held for shipping until the following Monday. More information is available here. 

Vosges Haut-Chocolat ships primarily with FedEx. Unfortunately, due to FedEx restrictions, we're not able to ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.
